Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Metrogaze (the “Service”), operated by Metrogaze (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at metrogaze.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Metrogaze provides a personalized daily intelligence briefing based on topics you select. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Plus, or Pro). We may improve or change the Service over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid Plus plans are billed through PayPal as our payment partner. By purchasing a paid plan you also agree to PayPal’s buyer terms. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Trials, renewals, and invoices for Plus are handled by PayPal. Pro checkout may be offered later.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access it unlawfully, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, resell access without our permission, or use it to violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Content & intellectual property

The Service, including our branding, software, and briefing formats, remains our property. Topic selections and account data you provide remain yours. Briefings are for your personal or internal business use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Disclaimers

Briefings are informational and may be incomplete or contain errors. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metrogaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel a paid subscription at any time via your account or the billing portal when available. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
